4. Moderation & reports
Anyone can report a listing or conversation for scams, abuse, copyright, fake listings, payment issues or off-platform payment attempts. Our team reviews reports and takes action.
5. Fraud controls
Repeated off-platform attempts raise a user's risk score and may trigger restrictions or admin review. We continually improve our fraud detection.
