1. How it works
When you pay, funds are held by CarnivalX. The seller arranges transfer or delivery. Once you confirm receipt, we release the payout to the seller.
2. What's covered
Items that don't arrive, or that arrive significantly not as described, may be eligible for a refund when you open a dispute within the protection window.
3. Opening a dispute
If there's a problem, open a dispute from your transaction. Our team will review the details and may issue a refund or release the payout.
4. What's not covered
Buyer's remorse, minor variations clearly disclosed in the listing, or off-platform transactions are not covered. Always keep your transaction on CarnivalX.
