1. Pay on-platform
All payments must be made through CarnivalX checkout. Off-platform transactions are prohibited and not protected.
2. Honest offers
Only make offers or Buy Now purchases you intend to complete. Repeatedly withdrawing accepted offers or failing to pay may lead to restrictions.
3. Confirm receipt promptly
When your item arrives as described, confirm receipt so the seller's payout is released. If there's a genuine problem, open a dispute within the protection window.
4. Communicate respectfully
Use messaging for product, condition and shipping questions. Sharing contact details to move a deal off-platform, or any abusive conduct, may result in account action.
5. Truthful disputes
Disputes must be raised in good faith with accurate information. Fraudulent claims may result in loss of protection and account suspension.
